It only took a minute on twitter to be horribly embarrassed to associate myself with the tag “Christian”. It is quite unfair that hordes of people have called themselves Christian and then completely ruined the word for those of us who do honestly try to follow Christ in His way.

Jesus was anti-violence,
Christians have been complete warmongers.

Jesus came to break the chains of oppression,
Christians have oppressed anyone and everyone who was not convinced by their weak teachings.

Jesus loved His enemies,
Christians have burnt them alive and spread vicious rumours about them.

Jesus was patient with those who did not understand him immediately,
Christians persecute and threaten with hell those who do not jump in line on their first command.

#GODISNOTGREAT? no, #FAKECHRISTIANSARENOTGREAT

This is what GOD says in John 13:35: “By this all people will know that you are my disciples, if you have love for one another”

If you rate GOD on the merits of those who claim to be acting in GOD’s name, then that #GODISNOTGREAT,

But if you rate GOD on GOD’s own merit, #GODISLOVE and love is just brilliant.
